Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy is part of your agreement with us and is applicable to how you use YumyHub and all of its content. What is and is not authorized on YumyHub is outlined in this Policy. For all Users, the definitions of terms in this Policy have the same meanings as those in our Terms of Use.

Use YumyHub only for personal purposes; do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise part with your account or any Content you have got from YumyHub.
Use YumyHub only in ways and for reasons that are legal.
On YumyHub, do not upload, post, exhibit, or publish any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that incites or supports unlawful behavior.
Use YumyHub in no way that could damage, abuse, or attempt to exploit anybody under the age of 18, such as by exposing them to unsuitable content.
Unless you have written confirmation that all individuals shown, included, or referred to in your Content are at least 18 years old, and you have written consent from each individual to use their name or image (or both) in the Content, do not upload, post, display, or publish Content on YumyHub that: shows, includes, or refers to: any individual under 18 years old (or which refers to individuals under 18 years old generally); or any other individual; (this does not include outdoor places where members of the public are not present, for example private property such as a private backyard, or secluded areas in nature where members of the public are not present).

causes or is calculated to cause inconvenience, anxiety, or which is likely to upset, embarrass, or cause serious offence to anyone else; is used or is intended to be used to obtain money or another benefit from anyone else in exchange for removal of the Content; and/or involves or promotes third-party commercial activities or sales.

You may not stalk, abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate anybody else on YumyHub.
You must not use YumyHub to participate in dishonest or deceitful behavior, or behavior that might encourage another user to believe anything they shouldn’t.
Respect the creators’ intellectual property rights by refraining from filming, copying, sharing, interacting with the public, or otherwise disseminating their work without their permission.
Don’t engage in any actions that infringe on the rights of others or us, including those related to intellectual property (such as copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection.
Do not falsely claim or imply that you are affiliated with us or any other person or company, or that we or any of our employees, other Users, or any other person or company has endorsed or sponsored you.
Never give fake information while creating an account or use someone else’s data or content without permission.
Posting or causing to be posted any content that is spam, has the purpose or effect of inflating any Creator’s views or interactions, or is otherwise unoriginal, tiresome, deceptive, or of low quality is prohibited.
Avoid sending any pre-recorded audio or video during a live stream or making any other attempts to pass off recorded content as a live feed.
Do not convey anything that violates this Policy via other channels of communication (such as codewords or signals).
Except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service, you may not copy, print, distribute, attempt to download, alter, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, save, or transmit any Content.
Do not purposefully insert any malware, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs, or other potentially destructive software, into content.
You may not attempt to extract the YumyHub source code using decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or any other method.
Use YumyHub responsibly and without interfering with the use of YumyHub by any other users, including their ability to participate in real-time activities through YumyHub.
You may not access YumyHub or any server, network, or system connected to YumyHub using any automated program, tool, or process, including web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts. You may not also extract, scrape, collect, harvest, or gather information from YumyHub.
Use of YumyHubs’ name, logo, or any other names, logos, product or service names, designs, or slogans is explicitly prohibited outside of the few contexts set forth in the Terms of Service, unless you have our prior written consent.
According to the Terms of Service, violations of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the denial of access to your profits.
