Cancel a subscription
- The cost of subscriptions is non-refundable.
- If you’d want to cancel your subscription, you can turn off auto-renewal to avoid being billed the following month.
- For a subscription, you can always turn off auto-renewal. As long as your subscription is active, you will continue to be charged for the full amount and have access to the Creator’s profile.
- All of your active and inactive subscriptions are listed on your “Following” page. If you want to prevent that Creator’s posts from showing up in your Feed, you can unsubscribe (unsubscribing does not refund your purchase).
- During the Subscription time, you won’t be charged again if you decide to follow that profile again.
